SHIP OWNERS / MANAGERS

SUBJECT : LRIT ANNUAL DATA SERVICE CHARGES

Kindly be advised that the Maritime Administration of Union of Comoros has established its National
Data Centre which will be managed on its behalf by Fulcrum Maritime Systems Ltd. who are the Comoros
Recognized Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to perform the functions in accordance with section 5.3
of the revised LRU Performance Standards and Functional Requirements.

All Comoros Flagged vessels will be integrated into our Data Centre depending on the date of their Radio
related survey and subject to a satisfactory Conformance Test of the Ship borne LRIT Equipment.

The Owners / Managers are advised to pay Annual Data Service Charges (US $ 450/- USD Four hundred
Fifty only) to Fulcrum Maritime Systems Ltd.

We therefore request all the Ship Owners / Managers to co-operate with FULCRUM MARITIME SYSTEMS LTD.
