SUBJECT :  1994 HSC CODE (INTERNATIONAL CODE OF SAFETY FOR HIGH-SPEED CRAFT)

These amendments were adopted by Resolution MSC.221(82) on 8 December 2006.

All high-speed craft to which the 1994 HSC Code applies (i.e. those constructed on or after I January 1996 but before 1 July 2002) shall be fitted with an ECDIS not later than 1 July 2010.
